1. About EduPension

EduPension is operated by TIZWOH SERVICES LIMITED, trading as EduPension.

EduPension is an educational information platform. It is not authorised or regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland and does not provide regulated financial advice, personalised financial advice, personal recommendations or suitability assessments.

Any regulated financial advice is provided separately, under distinct engagement terms, by Central Bank regulated financial advisers.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use this website.

These Terms are governed by Irish law and the Irish courts shall have jurisdiction in any dispute arising from or connected with them.

2. Nature of the Service

EduPension provides general educational information about pensions, MyFutureFund, workplace pensions, retirement saving and related pension education topics in Ireland.

The content on this website is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, legal or regulated financial advice.

EduPension does not:

• assess your individual circumstances
• make personal recommendations
• provide suitability assessments
• provide regulated financial advice
• provide tax or legal advice

Nothing on this website should be treated as a recommendation to take, or not take, any particular financial step.

3. No Adviser-Client Relationship

Use of this website does not create an adviser-client relationship, fiduciary relationship, or professional engagement between you and EduPension or any financial adviser.

Submitting a contact form, consultation request, EduPension Health Check report request, webinar interest form, employer enquiry or other enquiry through this website does not itself create an adviser-client relationship.

Any regulated financial advice, if provided, will be subject to a separate engagement, separate regulatory requirements, and separate terms with a Central Bank regulated financial adviser.

Submitting a consultation request does not guarantee that a consultation, adviser engagement or regulated advice will be provided.

4. No Reliance

While we aim to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date, it may contain errors, omissions or outdated information.

The information may not reflect your individual circumstances or the most recent regulatory, legislative, tax, pension or scheme changes.

You should not rely solely on the information on this website when making pension, financial, tax or legal decisions.

You should consider seeking advice from a Central Bank regulated financial adviser where appropriate.

5. Educational Content and AI Responses

EduPension provides educational information using owner-approved curated educational content.

Responses generated through Ask EduPension or other website tools are educational only and do not take account of your individual circumstances.

EduPension uses owner-approved curated educational content, official publications, selected public resources and educational materials. The underlying content library, source selection, prompts, rules and response logic are proprietary to EduPension and are not displayed to users.

EduPension does not display or cite its internal source documents, source library, content rules, prompts or response logic to users.

Responses may contain errors, omissions or outdated information. You should not rely solely on Ask EduPension responses when making financial decisions.

If a question falls outside the website's approved educational content or outside its informational scope, EduPension may decline to answer it fully and may instead direct you to seek professional advice or use an external tool.

Please do not submit PPS numbers, account numbers, pension policy numbers, pension values, salary details, payroll data, contribution histories, tax details, medical information, identity documents, screenshots or personal information about yourself or another person in your questions.

6. EduPension Health Check

The EduPension Health Check is an educational self-assessment tool.

EduPension Health Check results, EduPension Awareness Scores, EduPension Awareness Levels, report outputs and proposed educational starting points are based on the answers selected by the user.

The EduPension Health Check does not constitute a pension recommendation, suitability assessment, financial plan, regulated financial advice, tax advice or legal advice.

You should not rely solely on EduPension Health Check outputs when making pension, financial, tax or legal decisions.

7. Employer Context

Where EduPension is accessed through an employer-specific route, answers may reflect information supplied by that employer about its pension arrangements, where relevant and available.

Employer-specific information is provided based on data supplied by the employer.

EduPension does not verify the accuracy, completeness, or currentness of employer-supplied scheme information, links, or documents and accepts no liability for errors or omissions in such information.

Users should confirm employer-specific pension information directly with their employer where accuracy is important.

EduPension does not identify employees individually through employer access routes.

Employers must not submit employee names, payroll data, salaries, individual pension values, individual contribution histories or other employee personal data through the employer onboarding process unless a separate secure process has been agreed.

Employer reporting, where provided, is aggregated and anonymised and does not include individual employee questions, EduPension Health Check answers, EduPension Health Check results, EduPension Health Check reports or other identifiable personal data.

8. Calculators, Illustrations and Downloadable Outputs

Any calculations or illustrations provided within the website are for educational and illustrative purposes only.

They are not forecasts, recommendations, suitability assessments, financial plans or regulated financial advice.

EduPension does not provide long-term projections, personalised retirement forecasts, or investment modelling within the chat experience.

Calculator outputs may be based on assumptions and simplified modelling. Actual outcomes may differ.

Educational Postcards, downloadable resources, EduPension Health Check reports and similar outputs are provided for educational purposes only. Downloading, saving, sharing or printing such outputs does not change their educational nature and they should not be treated as financial, investment, tax, legal or regulated financial advice.

Where external calculators are referenced, those calculators are third-party tools and are outside EduPension's control.

EduPension is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, assumptions, outputs, or privacy practices of third-party tools or calculators.

These are provided for convenience and information only. EduPension does not control third-party content and does not accept responsibility for the content, availability, privacy practices, or outputs of third-party websites or tools.

A link to a third-party website or resource does not, by itself, imply recommendation or endorsement.

10. Adviser Introductions

EduPension may allow users to request a consultation with a Central Bank regulated financial adviser.

Where EduPension introduces a user to a Central Bank regulated financial adviser, any subsequent advice relationship is solely between the user and the adviser.

EduPension is not responsible for advice, recommendations, products, services or outcomes arising from that separate relationship.

EduPension may receive a referral fee or commercial benefit in connection with consultation introductions, where permitted.

A consultation request is no obligation and does not require you to proceed with any adviser, product, service or recommendation.

11. Advertising, Sponsored Content, and Commercial Arrangements

EduPension may, now or in future, include advertising, sponsored content, sponsored webinars, affiliate links, paid listings, paid placement, referral arrangements, educational partnerships or consultation introductions.

Where commercial content appears, it will be clearly identified where appropriate.

EduPension may receive compensation from advertising, sponsorship, affiliate arrangements, referral arrangements, paid listings, paid placement, educational partnerships or consultation introductions.

EduPension is an educational information platform and is not owned by any pension provider, insurer or financial institution.

EduPension may maintain relationships with Central Bank regulated financial advisers, employers, sponsors, advertisers and commercial partners.

Educational content is created independently of sponsorship, advertising, referral arrangements and commercial partnerships.

The presence of any commercial content, advertising, sponsorship, paid placement, referral arrangement, external provider reference or consultation introduction does not constitute a personal recommendation, endorsement or regulated financial advice.

12. Website Availability

We aim to keep the website available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

We may suspend, withdraw, amend, or restrict access to all or any part of the website at any time without notice, including for maintenance, upgrades, security reasons, technical issues or operational reasons.

• use the website to test, benchmark, reverse engineer or train artificial intelligence models without permission

We may suspend or block access, refuse submissions, or take other action if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

"EduPension" is a trading name and brand of TIZWOH SERVICES LIMITED.

No part of this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, scraped, republished, modified, commercially exploited or used to train artificial intelligence systems without permission, except where permitted by law or where EduPension expressly provides functionality for downloading, sharing or personal educational use.

Any third-party names, logos, or trademarks displayed on this website remain the property of their respective owners and are used only where permission exists or for informational reference as applicable.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EduPension excludes all implied warranties, conditions, and representations relating to the website and its content.

EduPension shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, economic, or pure financial loss arising out of or in connection with the use of the website, educational content, Ask EduPension responses, EduPension Health Check outputs, calculators, illustrations, postcards, resources, third-party links or adviser introductions.

EduPension is not responsible for advice, recommendations, products, services or outcomes provided by Central Bank regulated financial advisers or other third parties.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Irish law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability arising from fraud.

If you have a complaint about EduPension, please contact us in the first instance at info@edupension.com.

We aim to acknowledge complaints within three working days and to provide an expected timeframe for a full response.

If you remain dissatisfied, you may request that your complaint be escalated for review by a director of TIZWOH SERVICES LIMITED.

If your complaint relates to data protection, you also have the right to raise the matter with the Data Protection Commission.

If your complaint relates to regulated financial advice provided separately by a Central Bank regulated financial adviser, that adviser's own complaints process may also apply.

18. General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Any delay or failure by EduPension to enforce any provision shall not amount to a waiver of that provision.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
