EduPension is an educational information platform. It is not a regulated financial advisory service and does not provide personalised financial advice.

Any regulated financial advice is provided separately, under distinct engagement terms, by Central Bank regulated financial advisers.

This website is not intended for children under 16.

The Youth Education section is intended for users aged 16 and over, or for younger users with appropriate parent, guardian or teacher support.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.

Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:

Employer contact data

Such as employer name, contact name, work email address, and related business contact details.

Employer pension scheme data

Such as scheme type, contribution structure, eligibility rules, booklet or scheme information links, and related employer-supplied pension information.

Employers must not provide employee names, payroll data, salaries, contribution histories, pension values or other employee-level personal information through the onboarding process.

Consultation and contact enquiry data

Such as first name, surname, email address, phone number, age range, pension enquiry categories selected, and any message or additional information you provide.

EduPension Health Check data

Such as EduPension Health Check answers, EduPension Awareness Scores, EduPension Awareness Levels, report request records, secure report-link records, and related EduPension Health Check administration records.

EduPension Health Check reports are generated on demand rather than stored as report files. Secure report download links are time-limited.

Webinar registration and webinar invitation data

Such as name, email address, webinar topic interests, registration records, invitation records, and unsubscribe preferences.

Technical and security data

Such as device/browser information, IP-derived security logs, timestamps, and anti-abuse data.

Analytics and session data

Such as aggregated topic counts, session counts, and employer-context-level engagement reporting.

Marketing and preference data

Such as consent records, opt-ins, opt-outs, unsubscribe records, and communication preferences.

EduPension is not designed to collect special category personal data through normal use of the website.

Please do not submit sensitive personal data relating to yourself or any other person, including health information, financial account information, PPS numbers, identity documents, payroll records, salary information, pension policy numbers, pension values, medical information or other special category personal data through the website.

If sensitive personal information is submitted, EduPension may delete, redact or not process it.

• when employers complete onboarding or support forms
• when users complete a consultation or contact form
• when users complete an EduPension Health Check and request a report
• when users register interest in webinars
• when users interact with cookies or analytics tools, where applicable
• through technical logs and security controls
• through direct correspondence with us

We use your personal data to:

• operate and administer the website
• onboard and support employer participants
• respond to consultation and contact requests
• administer EduPension Health Check reports and related communications
• administer webinars and webinar invitations
• maintain website security and prevent abuse
• generate aggregated reporting and product improvement insights
• manage complaints and enquiries
• comply with legal and regulatory obligations

We will only use your personal data where the law allows us to do so.

Depending on the purpose, our lawful bases may include:

If you submit a consultation or contact request through EduPension, your data may be:

• stored in the portal database
• routed to our internal email inbox
• recorded in CRM systems, where applicable, used to manage enquiries and follow-up

By submitting a consultation request, you are asking to be contacted regarding that request.

If you request a consultation, we may share your contact details and enquiry information with a Central Bank regulated financial adviser so they can respond to your request.

EduPension may receive a referral fee or commercial benefit in connection with such introductions, where permitted.

EduPension provides educational information only. Any regulated financial advice, if provided, will be separate to the EduPension platform and subject to separate engagement terms.

If you register interest in webinar topics, we may use your details to send invitations and updates relating to those topics.

Your webinar preferences and invitation history may be recorded so that we can:

• manage who has registered interest
• manage who has been invited
• record when invitations were sent
• honour unsubscribe requests

You can unsubscribe from webinar invitations at any time.

If newsletter functionality is introduced, newsletter subscriptions and unsubscribes will be managed separately from webinar invitation preferences.

EduPension uses a privacy-first analytics approach.

We aim to minimise tracking and use aggregated or anonymised analytics wherever possible.

We do not:

• create employee profiles
• attempt to identify unique employees through employer routes
• store full chat transcripts
• use automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects

Employer-level reporting is based on aggregated sessions, questions, and topic patterns only.

Employer reports do not include individual employee names, individual questions, EduPension Health Check answers, EduPension Health Check results, EduPension Health Check reports or other identifiable personal data.

Where appropriate, reporting may be further aggregated, limited or suppressed where usage levels are too low to protect privacy. EduPension intends to suppress employer reporting where fewer than five employees have interacted.

EduPension may use strictly necessary cookies and, where consent has been given, analytics or preference cookies.

Where non-essential cookies or similar tracking technologies are used, EduPension will request your consent before using them.

We may share your personal data with trusted service providers who help us operate EduPension, such as providers of:

If any of our service providers process data outside the EEA, we will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as adequacy decisions or approved contractual safeguards where required.

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with our legal, operational and regulatory obligations.
