Data Security
EduPension takes the security and privacy of your data seriously. This page outlines the measures in place to protect personal and employer data on the platform.
Hosting and Infrastructure
EduPension is hosted on a managed cloud platform with built-in security controls, redundancy, and monitoring. Infrastructure-level security is maintained by the platform provider and includes physical access controls, network security, and service availability protections.
Data Transmission
All data transmitted to and from EduPension is encrypted in transit using HTTPS and TLS encryption. Unencrypted connections are not permitted.
Access Controls
Access to the EduPension administration environment is restricted to authorised personnel only. Role-based access controls are applied to limit data access to what is necessary for each function.
Employer Data Separation
Each employer's data is strictly separated within the platform. Employers cannot access data belonging to other employers. Employee-level data is never surfaced in employer reports in identifiable form.
Health Check Data
EduPension Health Check answers, scores and reports are not accessible to employers in any form. Health Check data is stored separately and subject to strict access controls.
Payment Security
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. EduPension does not store card numbers, payment credentials or financial account information. Payment processing takes place on Stripe's secure hosted environment.
Email Security
Transactional emails are sent via a dedicated email delivery provider. Email sending is authenticated using standard protocols to reduce spoofing and phishing risk.
Data Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. For full details see our Privacy Policy.
Incident Response
In the event of a data security incident affecting personal data, EduPension will take prompt action to contain and assess the incident and will notify affected individuals and the Data Protection Commission where required by law.
